Crafted Highlights:
This role is responsible for management of the agency model lifecycle including the agency model strategy, curating talent for a robust agency roster, steering the annual scope planning agency spending, and overseeing agency performance across the Molson Coors NA portfolio.
This person ensures the company is getting optimal value from new and existing marketing agency investments through careful stewardship of scope development, appropriate staffing, and monitoring of utilization. This role supports the Sr. Director in leading agency management and relationship best practices.
The role is one of influence and evangelism, so it’s important that this person is able to form strong relationships throughout Molson Coors and with key partners.
The Agency Operations Leader will be required to champion a modern agency transformation that will meet the future needs of the business.
This role is responsible for elevating our approach to ageny management including:
- Action the agency roster strategy and model optimization with enterprise mindset
- Provide rigor in benchmarking and fee analysis to drive more cost efficiency and effectiveness of our agency resources across the Molson Coors portfolio of brands
- Oversight to Agency performance, quarterly and annually, that ensures optimal utilization and score carding for course correction or termination
- Process Management of the agency selection process, business and brand need identification to resource identification
- Manager the scoping process by partnering with brands by including stringent staffing plan analysis and fee negotiation
- Partnership role with Procurement for annual renewal and contract inputs
What You’ll Be Brewing:
- Support the negotiation of agency agreements to ensure maximum value (benefits / cost) for the company
- Research agency landscape and trends, curating new potential agency resources and approaches in agency management and compensation
- Formalize and socialize the agency model transformation roadmap for the enterprise, leading adoption
- Responsible for driving marketing value with improving agency roster effectiveness that drives business value
- Ensure contract compliance (both sides) for marketing agency agreements
- Consistently analyze the efficiency and effectiveness of agency spend with respect to staffing plans, fee structures, quarterly utilization
- Ensure that all financial and legal reporting and control processes are supported with proactive communication in all agency relationships
- Manage the Agency Performance evaluation process across all Brand teams and internal key stakeholders
- Lead annual scope planning process , managing Brand and Agency partners collectively
- Partner with Brand teams to navigate comprehensive agency onboarding
- Build strong partnership with Procurement to build a unified MillerCoors facing
- Pro-actively and consistently offer new solutions to improve the agency value equation.

Key Ingredients:
- Bachelor’s degree or Minimum 7 years’ industry experience
- Experience performing a similar role within a company with a significant spend across multiple agencies highly desired
- Financial management experience required

Pay and Benefits:
At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.
Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $107,000.00 - $140,400.00 (posting salary range) + 15% target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).
The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
