In the role of Field Marketing Manager working in Charlotte, NC, you will be part of the Molson Coors Beverage Company U.S Sales Team. You will be responsible for leading the national and local marketing direction within the designated territory. You will implement brand, channel, customer, and consumer strategies in the market to achieve volume, profit, and share goals.


This position reports to the Director of Field Marketing.  

 

 

What You’ll Be Brewing:

 

  • Building the brand within the management unit or territory level by driving local brand positioning
  • Create strong customer relationships with alliance partners and providing thought leadership on industry and activation 
  • Collaborate with strategy and planning teams to develop annual and 3 year marketing plans 
  • Activate and develop support plans against new brands, national packaging innovations, and local promotional packaging opportunities 
  • Conduct regular in-market work to both evaluate the effectiveness of our plans and to identify opportunities that enable us to be first choice for our customers and consumers

  • You have a Bachelor’s Degree in sales or marketing or a related field OR equivalent experience in sales, marketing, or a relevant area
  • You have 5+ years activating marketing campaigns and working cross-functionally with sales teams and marketing agencies
  • You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities. You act with appropriate urgency to various market events and trends that require a quick turnaround in plans and strategy   
  • You are confident and competent. You are diplomatic, professional and exercise great judgment in developing and maintaining excellent business relationships within the business  
  • You are serious about results and take pride in a proven track record in delivering

Pay and Benefits:

At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.


Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $107,000.00 - $140,400.00 (posting salary range) + 20target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).


The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.  We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
