The Headlines:   

In the role of Space Lab Team Lead working in Bentonville, AR you will be part of MCBC America’s Commercial Accelerator.  You will lead a specialized group of Space Field Specialists & Space Analysts through schematic project work for our national teams.

This position reports to Director Space Lab and works closely with internal and external customers to help contribute to the retailer space and assortment strategy to enable category growth.

 

 

The Responsibilities: 

  • Most importantly, you will lead a team of ~10 talented colleagues, and support their growth and development through career discussions and consistent one on one conversations.
  • Develop and implement space management planning tools, enabling MCBC and its distributors to achieve our sales and distribution goals with chain customers.  
  • Leverage deep understanding of the company’s Space & Assortment Strategies and tactics and comprehensive understanding of our technology platform to enhance, define, and develop solutions to increase effectiveness and efficiencies of Molson Coors and distributor stakeholders. 
  • Actively participate in projects and drive a team process that delivers project on time and with excellent.

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree equivalent experience (6+ years) in the field of Space and Category management.
  • You understand the retailer environment and space strategies – if you’ve used and are familiar with Blue Yonder that is a big plus. You build relationships and collaborate to get to the desired outcome  
  • You take accountability for results – acting with integrity and honoring commitments  
  • You have a thirst for learning – you are always looking for ways to learn and help one another grow
