The Headlines:    

In the role of Field Marketing Associate based in Atlanta, Georgia with travel to Georgia, Tennessee & Alabama, you will be part of the Southeast Regional Sales Team. This person will work to execute the marketing strategy in the field with the Field Marketing Manager throughout the region of responsibility. 

  

This position reports to the Field Marketing Manager.  

  

The Responsibilities:  

  • Assist in building the brand at the management unit level by driving positioning locally 

  • Build strong customer relationships with alliance partners and provide thought leadership on industry and activation 

  • Collaborate with strategy and planning teams to execute annual and 3-year marketing plans 

  • Activate and execute strong supportive plans against new brands, innovation, consumer engagement, packaging initiatives, alliance partnerships, and budget management along with the Field Marketing Manager 

  • Regular in-market work to both evaluate the effectiveness of our plans and to identify opportunities that enable us to be first choice for our customers and consumers 

  • Responsibilities include high level of organization and willingness to perform administrative tasks particularly in the realm of finance management 

  

 The Other Qualifications:   

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in sales or marketing or a related field OR equivalent progressive experience (at least 2+ years) in sales or marketing 

  • You love a challenge – you complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities. You act with appropriate urgency to various market events and trends that require a quick turnaround in plans and strategy   

  • You are confident and competent – you are diplomatic, professional and exercise great judgment in developing and maintaining excellent business relationships within the business  

  • You are serious about results and take pride in a proven track record in delivering
