Crafted Highlights: 

 

In the role of Super User (Backflush), you will primarily support the Packaging Department but will provide support in other areas as business needs arise. This position reports to the Process Leader and works closely with their fellow Brewery Workers, Mechanics and Electricians. 

 

Starting pay for this role is $26.39/hr.

 

What You'll Be Brewing

 

  • Train & develop other employees in both small & large group settings (this will include but not limited to – 1 on 1 training, delivering classroom training in front of large groups.  Must work with various Technicians to ensure knowledge is incorporated into procedures (this will include but not limited to – attending various line team meetings, job shadowing, communicating proposed changes & follow-up items to the team). 
  • This person must have solid interpersonal savvy & teamwork skills with the ability to work productively with all employees in all settings.  
  • Must always maintain professionalism especially in stressful situations.
  • Must have advanced organizational, follow-up & time management skills to ensure efficient/productive actions resulting in continuous improvement of processes.
  • Develop “best practices” into clearly understood resource documents. Take photos and develop visual aids where needed to enhance the clarity of the documentation.

  

 

Key Ingredients: 

 

  • Flexibility to work rotating and/or off-shifts 
  • Previous experience driving a forklift or willingness to be trained to operate a forklift 
  • Familiar with operating a computer  
  • You are comfortable with the physical requirements of this position (standing, lifting, walking) 
  • As a condition of employment for this position, Molson Coors requires you to be at least 21 years of age or older on your start date
