In the role of Process Lead - Utilities working in Albany, GA you will be part of the Technical Services Department in Brewery Operations. You will be responsible for leading, coaching and motivating an operational team to ensure high quality products are produced safely and cost effectively through maximizing operational efficiency and continuous improvement of a process or system
This position reports to the Line Lead - Utilities and works closely with Brewery Operational Teams.
What You’ll Be Brewing:
- Build and coach teams of contract partners and technicians supporting Site Services functions and Utilities operations
- Manage facilities operational systems and processes including building & paving systems, fire protection / emergency notification, HVAC systems, janitorial services, rail and grounds maintenance
- Coach contract partners to identify areas to improve service and/or reduce costs
- Track and manage infrastructure / facility capital projects (paving, roofs, drains, etc.)
- Manage the Site Services budget to meet targets (generate PO’s, review & approve invoices, review contracts)
- Brewery Process Safety Management (PSM) / Risk Management Plan (RMP) Coordinator for ammonia
- Sustainability – Benchmark and ideate new solutions to further improve our sustainability results
Key Ingredients:
- You have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science OR equivalent experience in the field of Operations, Engineering, Science
- Possess a proven track record of achievement in a high-speed, high-volume manufacturing environment
- Demonstrable evidence of driving World Class Supply Initiatives to deliver on challenging objectives
- Problem solving tools and methodologies experience
- You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities
- You build relationships and collaborate to get to the desired outcome
- You take accountability for results – acting with integrity and honoring commitments

Pay and Benefits:
At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.
Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $72,500.00 - $95,100.00 (posting salary range) + 10% target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).
The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
