What will you do with us?

• Plan and schedule the arrivals of transport vehicles to Zagrebačka pivovara.
• Communicate daily with carriers and customers and coordinate any necessary schedule changes.
• Monitor the execution of the transport plan and respond promptly to any deviations.
• Organize the transportation of promotional (POS) materials to sales offices and customers.
• Receive and process transport-related requests and orders.
• Monitor available stock levels and plan loading activities in line with warehouse status.
• Participate in the calculation, control, and reporting of transport costs.
• Actively participate in daily transport planning meetings.

This job is for you if you:

• Have completed secondary or higher education in economics, engineering, or another relevant field.
• Have experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or a related area (considered an advantage but not required).
• Have a good knowledge of MS Office tools, especially Excel.
• Are comfortable using English in business communication.
• Are well organized and detail-oriented when working with data.
• Are able to set priorities and effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Enjoy communicating and collaborating with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
• Are responsible, proactive, and solution-oriented.

What we offer:

• A monthly gross salary in the range of EUR 1,440.00-1,680.00 (depending on previous experience)
• Meal allowance in the amount of EUR 4.50 net per working day (approximately EUR 100 net per month)
• Transportation allowance in the amount of a monthly public transport pass
• Performance-based bonus (13% of quarterly gross salary)
