Seasonal employment in Zagrebačka pivovara
We care a lot about our consumers and customers being able to reach out to their favorite beer at any time of year. To ensure that, we need additional support during summer season, so we offer seasonal employment opportunities in production facility in Zagreb as well as sales and distribution on various locations in Croatia every year. Why is Zagrebačka pivovara a great choice for seasonal employment? Recognized as a top employer in Croatia who offers various training and career development opportunities, our seasonal employees can become our full-time employees. We do have lots of success stories of employees starting on seasonal jobs like the story of Perica Biškupec, our Plant Manager: "I started my career as a student of Economics at the age of 19 working on seasonal job of manual cleaning of lager tanks. While entering and washing the tanks, it never occurred to my mind that brewing beer will become my profession. Although my primary interest during education was in Economics, when being offered full-time employment in fermentation facility in Zagrebačka pivovara, I paused with my University education and started my career development in brewery. I was working on almost every position in the brewery. In the meantime, motivated by my career development, I finished my studies and now, 20 years later, I am exactly where I need to be – in Zagrebačka pivovara"
