Our Graduate Trainee Program offers you the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals, work on real technical challenges, and start your career at Zagrebačka pivovara.

During the program, you will have the opportunity to:

• Gain hands-on experience in Manufacturing and Logistics Operations through a one-year graduate trainee program.
• Work on projects and technical challenges within the Maintenance and/or Energy Management departments.
• Learn how a modern manufacturing environment operates and collaborate with different teams across the brewery.
• Develop your skills with the support of experienced mentors and technical experts.
• Connect with colleagues from other countries and exchange knowledge and best practices.
• Strengthen your technical, analytical, and business expertise through real-life projects and day-to-day operations.
• Build your career at Zagrebačka pivovara beyond the completion of the trainee program.

This program is for you if you:

• Are about to graduate or have graduated within the last two years from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Naval Architecture, the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing, or a related technical faculty.
• Are interested in building a career in Maintenance, Energy Management, and Manufacturing Operations.
• Have a good command of English and are comfortable using it in a business environment.
• Participated in student projects or other extracurricular activities during your studies.
• Possess strong analytical skills.
• Enjoy challenges and have a passion for continuous learning.
• Are ready to take initiative and responsibility.
• Are reliable, results-oriented, and enjoy working as part of a team.

What we offer:

• A monthly gross salary in the range of EUR 1.800,00 – 2.100,00
• Transportation allowance in the amount of a monthly public transport pass
• Meal allowance of EUR 4.50 net per working day (approximately EUR 100 net per month)
• Performance-based bonus (15% of quarterly gross salary)

1.800,00 - 2.100,00 EUR (raspon plaće) + 15% ciljani kratkoročni poticaj.
