What will you do with us?
- Ensure that finished products meet defined quality and food safety standards while actively contributing to the continuous improvement of quality processes.
- Monitor microbiological, physico‑chemical and sensory results and react promptly in case of deviations.
- Track and report quality performance through daily, weekly and monthly quality indicators.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards, GMP and the HACCP system, including active participation in the HACCP team.
- Participate in quality and food safety improvement projects and initiatives.
- Standardise processes and create, maintain and update quality procedures and documentation.
- Coordinate the approval of key materials and raw materials in line with global procedures, monitor material quality and communicate with suppliers.
- Participate in internal and external audits and prepare, implement and follow up on action plans.
- Investigate consumer complaints and coordinate corrective and preventive actions.
- Collaborate closely with production, filling, maintenance and logistics departments to ensure implementation of quality standards.
- Participate in tastings as a member of the sensory panel.
- Prepare training materials and deliver quality and food safety trainings for operators.
This job is for you if you:
- Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biotechnology, Food Technology, or a related field.
- Have at least 1 year of experience in quality control or quality assurance, preferably in a production environment.
- Have basic knowledge of the HACCP system and food safety regulations.
- Are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Are proficient in computer usage.
- Have strong analytical skills and enjoy working with data and solving problems.
- Have good communication skills and enjoy teamwork.
- Are willing to learn, follow procedures, and work according to defined standards.
- Perform well in fast‑paced operational environments and enjoy a combination of laboratory and production work.
What we offer:
- A monthly gross salary in the range of EUR 1,685.00–2,210.00 (depending on previous experience)
