What will you do with us?

  • Provide legal support to all business functions and ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
  • Draft, review and analyse contracts, legal documents and other business documentation, while maintaining legal administration and databases.
  • Advise internal stakeholders on commercial, contractual, employment, administrative, corporate, competition and intellectual property law matters.
  • Monitor legal and regulatory developments at local and EU level and assess their impact on the business.
  • Manage litigation and non-litigation matters and cooperate with external law firms and other legal service providers.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with government institutions, regulatory authorities and other relevant external stakeholders.
  • Support government affairs activities and represent the company in industry associations, chambers of commerce and other relevant organisations.
  • Support ethics and compliance programmes, including training activities, internal investigations and initiatives related to data protection, competition law and whistleblowing.
  • Participate in risk management and crisis management processes and contribute to the implementation of risk mitigation measures.
  • Collaborate with local and international teams across Legal and Regulatory Affairs.

 

This job is for you if you:

  • You hold a Master's degree in Law.
  • You have at least five years of experience in legal roles within a company or a law firm, preferably in an international business environment.
  • You have an excellent knowledge of commercial, contractual, employment and administrative law, as well as competition and intellectual property law.
  • You are fluent in English, both written and spoken, and are comfortable using legal terminology in English.
  • You continuously monitor legal and regulatory developments and can assess their potential impact on business operations in a timely manner.
  • You possess strong business acumen and can translate legal and regulatory requirements into practical, business-oriented solutions.
  • Experience working with government institutions, regulatory authorities or in a regulatory affairs environment would be considered an advantage.
  • You have strong analytical skills and the ability to make sound decisions in complex legal and business situations.
  • You have excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills and can effectively collaborate with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • You are highly organised, detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of the FMCG industry, market trends and the regulatory environment would be considered an advantage.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office and other standard business applications.
  • You are proactive, accountable and solution-oriented, with well-developed risk and crisis management skills.

 

What we offer:

  • A monthly gross salary in the range of EUR 3.470,00-4.560,00 (depending on previous experience)
