What will you do with us?

  • Provide legal support to all business functions and ensure compliance with applicable laws and internal policies.
  • Draft, review, and analyze contracts, legal documents, and other business-related documentation.
  • Advise internal stakeholders on commercial, contractual, employment, administrative, and competition law matters.
  • Manage litigation and out-of-court proceedings and cooperate with external legal advisors and law firms.
  • Monitor legislative changes and assess their impact on the company’s operations.
  • Maintain legal documentation and legal databases.
  • Support ethics and compliance activities and contribute to the implementation of internal policies and procedures.
  • Organize and deliver training sessions related to ethics, compliance, and other relevant legal topics.
  • Cooperate with regulatory authorities and public institutions when required.
  • Actively contribute to protecting the company’s interests, reputation, and corporate image.

 

This job is for you if you:

  • Hold a Master of Laws degree.
  • Have at least 1 year of experience in a legal role within a company or a law firm.
  • Have an excellent understanding of commercial, contract, employment, administrative, and competition law.
  • Are fluent in English, both written and spoken, and are comfortable using legal terminology in English.
  • Have strong analytical skills and are able to provide legal guidance in complex situations.
  • Have excellent communication skills and can effectively collaborate with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Are well organized and comfortable working with legal documentation.
  • Are proficient in Microsoft Office and other standard computer applications.
  • Are proactive, responsible, and solution-oriented.

 

What we offer:

  • A monthly gross salary in the range of EUR 2250,00-2950,00 (depending on previous experience)
