Energy & Fluids Operator (m/f)

What will you do with us?

• Monitor the operation of energy plants and record key parameters during each shift.
• Control the operation of systems for the production and distribution of energy and utilities (water, steam, CO2, air).
• Perform minor repairs and participate in the maintenance of machines and equipment.
• Participate in regular inspections and monitoring of plant operations in the brewery.
• Monitor and control the performance of cooling, heating, and compressed air systems.
• Check process quality and parameters (e.g. CO2, water, glycol) according to the testing plan.
• Participate in the maintenance of wastewater treatment systems.
• Collaborate with external contractors and suppliers in maintenance and system operations.
• Participate in troubleshooting faults and leakages in distribution systems.
• Control the receipt of raw materials and ensure their quantity and quality.
• Maintain required documentation, records, and checklists.
• Participate in training activities and, when needed, support the training of other employees.

This job is for you if you:

• Have completed secondary education in a technical field (mechanical, industrial, or similar).
• Hold a valid certification for operating compressor stations.
• Have at least 1 year of experience in similar roles.
• Are familiar with machinery and equipment used in a production environment.
• Understand basic technological processes and working procedures.
• Are responsible and adhere to safety rules and procedures.
• Work well in a team and have good communication skills.
• Are willing to work in shifts and in a dynamic production environment. 

What we offer:

• A monthly gross salary in the range of EUR 1,500.00–2,100.00 (depending on shift work and previous experience)
