What will you do with us?

  • Participate in the development of strategic marketing and brand plans, as well as AOPs for brands in the portfolio (primarily Ožujsko, secondarily Hidra).
  • Plan, organize, and operationally oversee the execution of marketing campaigns and activities, ensuring alignment with corporate standards and brand strategy.
  • Coordinate and supervise the implementation of all marketing activities (ATL, BTL, media mix, PR, brand events and sponsorships, product assortment and packaging) in collaboration with internal teams and key stakeholders.
  • Provide support to the team in executing marketing activities and launching new products, SKUs, and brand initiatives.
  • Collaborate with external partners (marketing, digital, design, and media agencies) and monitor the quality and timeliness of their deliverables.
  • Organize and participate in the creation and development of digital content, propose initiatives, and monitor the performance of digital campaigns in cooperation with the Media and Digital Marketing Manager.
  • Understand brand profitability and prepare monthly reports related to it.
  • Actively participate in commercial projects and the execution of brand activities in the field in cooperation with the Customer Excellence department.
  • Organize and oversee the execution of brand events for your brand.

 

This job is for you if you:

  • have completed an undergraduate or graduate degree (preferably in marketing),
  • have at least 2 years of experience in commercial or marketing roles,
  • understand how to develop a brand strategy and successfully implement it through the marketing mix,
  • have a proactive approach, a tendency toward creative work, and strong conceptual thinking skills,
  • are analytical, organized, and have strong communication skills,
  • collaborate well with different internal and external stakeholders,
  • are fluent in English and have strong computer skills.

 

What we offer:

  • A monthly gross salary in the range of EUR 2,820.00–3,701.00 (depending on previous experience)
