The Headlines:   

Seeking an experienced, SAFe-certified IT leader to fill the role of Senior Manager, Program Management working in Milwaukee, WI you will be part of the North America IT Project Delivery team. This person will manage a portfolio of initiatives in support of the Sales, Marketing and Analytics functions, comprising varying complexity and delivery models, primarily agile and SAFe. This position is a people leader role and will have a team comprised of scrum masters and program/project managers. As part of the role, will help lead the organization’s transformation to SAFe with via coaching and consulting.


The Responsibilities:

  • Manage IT initiatives driving complex technology implementations and service transitions in support of the sales, marketing, analytics functions. Successful applicant will have a proven track record in driving results, meeting milestones, ensuring quality deliverables and program success.
  • Manage scrum master and project manager assignments, professional development, performance management. This includes scrum masters in the MCBC Romania Development Center.
  • Metrics and operational efficiency, standards. Develop and implement action plans to improve execution.
  • Support onboarding as well as ongoing SAFe/agile skills development for scrum master and RTE roles. Participate in scrum master community of practice
  • Act as scrum master or project/program manager on a part time basis
  • Manage contingent worker resources, including allocation of work, performance management, and monitoring compliance


Other Qualifications:

  • You have a bachelor’s degree
  • You have a minimum of 8 years’ experience managing IT agile teams in roles such as scrum master, release train engineer.
  • You are trained in SAFe 5.0 ideally with SPC-T certification or other such certifications
  • You have experience with Lean-Agile frameworks, especially the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).   
  • Strong communicator at all levels with excellent executive presence.
  • Strong problem solver, with a highly collaborative approach
  • You love a challenge. You seek to include others to improve and expedite solutions to complex problems.   
  • You are a motivated leader that can inspire others; you respect your commitments and are able to obtain optimal results from the team through respect and development  
  • You have experience with Agile work management tools, such as Jira.
