Your Purpose

 

We are embarking on one of the most ambitious transformation programmes in our history— which includes implementing a global S/4HANA ERP system. As the ERP OCM Delivery Lead, you will play a pivotal role in leading organisational change management (OCM) across the Division and UK, ensuring successful adoption and embedding of new systems, processes, and ways of working.

Starting in September 2025, this senior role will lead the EMEA/APAC change journey in close collaboration with the Global (based in North America) and Central/Eastern European OCM teams. You’ll be responsible for shaping and executing the change strategy, coaching leaders, and ensuring that our people are ready, equipped, and supported throughout the transformation.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Lead and coordinate ERP change and adoption across EMEA and APAC, aligned with global OCM strategy.
  • Design and deliver end-to-end change strategies, including impact assessments, communications, training, and post-go-live sustainment.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement and coach senior leaders through the ADKAR change journey.
  • Oversee end-user and role mapping processes, ensuring secure and effective system access.
  • Build and monitor change metrics to track adoption and effectiveness.
  • Lead regional functional change leaders and manage Super Users/Change Agents.

 

About You    

      

You are a resilient, hands-on change manager with a proven track record of leading ERP change programmes as the most senior change leader. You bring:

  • PROSCI certification and practical experience with the ADKAR methodology.
  • Experience leading ERP implementations, including role mapping and training needs analysis.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including coaching senior leaders and influencing at SteerCo level.
  • Experience with Digital Adoption Platforms (e.g., Whatfix, WalkMe) and creative communication tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe).
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to tailor global approaches to regional needs.
  • A collaborative, “doer” attitude with the ability to work across cultures and functions.
  • Ability to start in September 2025
