Your Purpose

We’ve a fantastic 12-month interim opportunity to join our growing team as a HR Process & Technology Manager working across the EMEA APAC region.  This role is responsible for the development and integration of efficient divisional HR and payroll processes and systems.  You will provide expertise and be accountable for ensuring successful delivery of HR services to users through HR system management, related upgrades and enhancements.  This person will collaborate with HR stakeholders and IT teams across EMEA APAC to recommend innovative process and system improvements and solutions.  There is one direct report in this role.  Some of the key responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for the planning, project co-ordination and management of integrated HR and Payroll process and systems, whilst concurrently facilitating efficient operations to meet current and future business needs within the HR organization.
  • Secures production support, including researching, troubleshooting and resolving HR systems problems like report generation, documentation of process & system changes, management of system and data integrity across our interfaces
  • Focused on continuous improvement. Interprets internal/external business issues & recommends best practices. Steward of optimization (improve and transform) utilizing all HR systems to their fullest potential for optimized shared services processes.
  • Accountable for co-ordination of system changes and enhancements, working with our North America colleagues and IT partners through our Global Governance Process and co-ordinating impact analysis and testing. Maintain protocols for governance process, security, content management, system enhancements, data transfers, reporting and interfacing. 
  • Conducts regular audits of system security, access, permissions, and approvals. Ensure data privacy compliance. Ensure that appropriate communication, documentation and training is in place to build systems understanding within HR and to secure data quality, accuracy and reliability

About You

As this is an interim role, we’re really hoping for someone who has the level of experience to hit the ground running (with support and a handover of course!)  You’ll be someone who’s used to working collaboratively, with a continuous improvement mindset.   We need the following skills and experience:

  • Extensive experience of HR SAP/SuccessFactors and related HR and Payroll systems
  • Understands best practice HR data, systems and processes
  • Experienced in people and vendor management
  • Strong curiosity, listening and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical colleagues
  • Self-motivated, pro-active and able to work in a virtual team environment and influence without a formal authority
  • Experience working with different cultures and diverse teams
  • Has excellent organizational and project management skills
