Salary: £32,000 + Competitive Benefits

Your Purpose  

 

Our Commercial Future Leaders Programme is tailored for ambitious graduates who are eager to become the Sales leaders of tomorrow. You'll have the opportunity to learn from some of the best in the industry, including our sales experts who collaborate with the UK’s largest grocery chains and the Independent & National Pub sectors. Over the course of two years, you’ll rotate through different areas of the organisation. For instance, you might begin in On Trade Sales, focusing on the hospitality industry, before transitioning to Off Trade Sales, which serves retail stores and supermarkets. You’ll work with both these leading teams, and while the sequence may vary, you’ll gain experience in both areas. 

 

 

 

About You  

 

We are excited to hear from graduates who are enthusiastic about learning, development, and making a difference. To be eligible, you should: 

 

  • Hold a degree in any discipline awarded in 2024, 2025 or 2026, but you must have graduated by September 2026. 

  • Have no more than 2 years of professional experience. 

  • Demonstrate a passion for sales, a drive to succeed and a commitment to continuous learning. 

  • Entrants are expected to be mobile as you may be required to relocate within the UK and complete part of your placement away from home. 

  • Have a full UK Driving License.

Discovery Day: Our final step, you will be invited to our in-person Discovery Day, which will take place in February 2026. 

Successful candidates will be offered a place soon after our Discovery Day, and you will join us in September 2026!
