We’re looking to recruit a Business Support Manager to provide full administrative support for the whole site. This involves routine work for specific departments and site, but also substantial amount of support on demand.

Your Purpose

  • Collation of site data into useable reports for site and Group - timeliness and accuracy of reports is key to sites ability to problem solve and improve.
  • Responsibility for Staff Shop - stock management, sales & cash management. Run any promotions locally in conjunction with Group.
  • Purchase goods for site: Determine order requirements for certain goods Raise orders and process invoices using Group systems and procedures, Invoices are processed in time to ensure Group timescales are met.
  • Resolution of any issues with orders, deliveries and invoices with Suppliers
  • Superuser for site on Group purchasing systems.
  • General Site Administration
  • Planning and Organising Summer and Xmas party’s within budget
  • Maintaining standards of meeting rooms
  • Domestic Arrangements for visitors/auditors - Rooms; Food & Drink; Accommodation.
  • Administration of site Reward and Recognition process
  • Responsible for PR with the local community, including involvement and support of local events.
  • Warehouse Support - Matching POD against Delv Notes and filing; Booking in Empties.

About You

  • Basic Budgetary knowledge
  • Proficient use of Internet, Microsoft Office, SAP and ability to work on M-C Systems
  • Good communications skills
  • Ability to prioritise and self-organise
