Your Purpose

 

We’re now looking to recruit a Brewing Engineer in a permanent role to join our brilliant Tadcaster Team.

 

The Brewing Engineer is part of the Maintenance Lead team and the systems owner for their line(s), responsible for eliminating breakdown related losses and optimizing maintenance efficiency. 

You will be responsible for building capability within the FSA and line team to deliver overall line results supporting the Compelling Business Need.

 

 

 

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Own the systems for the Line, focusing on Defect Handling, Breakdown Elimination, and Maintenance Planning and Scheduling.
  • Support development and lead portions of Line 90-Day loss-elimination plans.
  • Drive breakthrough results in Planned and Unplanned Downtime and own data accuracy for the line and Strategy for each individual asset that makes up the line.
  • Costs and budget development and management for the line.
  • Serve as a technical coach and resource for the line team and actively participate in Line meetings and execution of the daily plan.

 

 

 

About You

  • FM or Engineering contractor management with underpinning knowledge and experience in FMCG industry.  Budget management experience.
  • Knowledge and experience in engineering statutory legal compliance.  Good depth of knowledge of EH&S issues.  Knowledge of construction / building maintenance.
