Your Purpose

We’re currently recruiting for a Senior Procurement Manager – IT and General Administration (G&A). You will be responsible for a portfolio of local categories of high to intermediate complexity within the UKI region and supporting with strategic input into divisional category strategies. This will include using strategic sourcing principles such as spend analysis, RFx, reverse auctions, contract management and supplier management.

 

Although initially aligned to the G&A and IT categories, Senior Procurement Manager will require agility to flex across different procurement categories in response to business needs and market dynamics.

 

 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, lead, and execute the overall procurement strategy for IT and G&A across the UKI region, aligned with long-range planning (LRP) goals, contributing to other procurement categories and divisional strategies as required.
  • Manage local and regional suppliers, ensuring high performance, service quality, and compliance. Build and maintain strategic supplier relationships that support top-line growth, leading negotiations and overseeing the full contract lifecycle.
  • Use strategic sourcing tools such as spend analysis, RFx processes, reverse auctions, and contract management to drive procurement excellence.
  • Deliver annual cost savings targets and support value creation initiatives including innovation and sustainability. Proactively assess and manage category risks and opportunities at country/cluster level.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, gaining buy-in for sourcing strategies and ensuring alignment with local business priorities.
  • Support financial planning cycles (AOP & LRP) with data insights and budget alignment. Ensure procurement activities meet internal policies and external regulatory requirements.

 

 

 

About You

  • Significant experience within an IT procurement or category management role.
  • Deep IT category, supplier, and market knowledge with a track record of delivering IT procurement initiatives.
  • Skilled in negotiation, contracting, and managing supplier relationships.
  • Strong capabilities in strategic sourcing, spend analysis, and contract development.
  • Excellent project management and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability in managing cross-functional relationships and influencing stakeholders.
