We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to join us based in Cork, Ireland.

Your Purpose
Your purpose but also ours, as a prominent business in leading beverages, we’re on the hunt for a Business Development Manager to join our team based in Cork, South Ireland. 

You’ll work with an exciting portfolio including Carling, Aspall, Rekorderlig, Coors, Cobra and Doom bar. You will have total territory ownership and be responsible for bringing our brands to life! Growing brands will be your area of expertise as we’ll look to you to grow our Molson Coors brand portfolio in existing stockists, whilst delivering new brand distribution.
A real passion for taking ownership is a must, as you’ll own all indirect routes to market for brands within your territory and build first class relationships with a virtual team of salespeople. You’ll also support your team to execute business plans for existing and prospect customers.
As an influential salesperson you’ll be our go to for building partnership relationships with our customers, and going out of your way to meet their requirements – it means you’ll need to understand our brands inside out, don’t worry though, you’ll get to try them also as you’ll benefit from our product allowance perk too! 
As a BDM you’ll also play a significant role in working closely with the Regional Sales Managers & the wider teams to maximise our sales and probability with the territory- demonstrating to our customers best in class service. 


About You 
Your background in Sales will give you the credibility needed to build strong relationships with all customers both internal & external.  You’ll have a passion for brands, beverages & the hospitality sector- ensuring we are ahead of the curve supporting & driving our values every day.  

 
We’re also looking for the successful applicant to posses the below requirements: 
•    Sociable and engaging in activities with other people.
•    Previous background within sales or a similar.
•    Ability to influence stakeholders.
•    Effective written and verbal communications skills.
•    Proactive approach to problem solving.
