We are now looking for a Business Development Manager to join our brilliant On Trade Sales team in Northern Ireland

As part of our sales team, you’ll use your relationship-building skills to create meaningful, long-term partnerships. This role is not about quick wins—it’s about understanding our customers’ needs and supporting them every step of the way.
You will join one of our successful sales team operating in one of or key regions. The teams combine several different roles and levels of experience and a culture that will ensure your career at Molson Coors gets off to a great start. The UK business is made up of 2000 people and we put them first, taking accountability for each other’s success. We invest in our people providing a high level of on and off the job training and dedicate time and resource into your personal development.
The role is customer facing, we use technology to drive efficiency but carry out our business in person. You will spend your time visiting all types of On Trade outlets each with a slightly different need and opportunity. You will support the rest of your team to grow the distribution of our brands, working on a right brand right outlet principle. This isn’t a normal 9 to 5 role working out of the same office, each day is different, you will be responsible for meeting your set objectives but also have the flexibility to identify opportunities and manage your own diary.
Key Responsibilities

Drive commercial operations and brand agenda within independent on-trade outlets and ensure route to market access for our brands within the assigned region.

Deliver on brand activation plans within the defined region, maximising impact on commercial return

Working with the Sales Controllers and Key Account/National Account Managers to executive on business plans for new and existing customers.

Develop with the appropriate customers/Wholesale partners shared business plans and ways of working that demonstrate best practice in every aspect of customer service.
About You
We’re keen to hear from people with a background in sales or be able to demonstrate your relationship building and brand and you’ll need the credibility and relationship building skills to build outstanding relationships with all customers. You’ll have well developed numeracy skills, with a good commercial acumen and be as enthusiastic as we are about our brilliant brands!
