As a brands led business, in addition to popular favourites like Coors, Carling and Doom Bar, our beverage portfolio includes Aspall Cyder, Staropramen, Madrí Excepcional, Blue Moon, Pravha, Cobra and Cobra Zero, Rekorderlig, and Doom Bar 0.0.  Through exclusive distribution partnerships, we have also expanded our range to include Bodega Bay, Miami Cocktail Company, Tarquin’s Gin, Lixir Drinks and Mixologist’s Garden.

We’re now looking for graduates to join our supply chain Future Leaders programme in our fast paced and ever-evolving business!

Your Purpose

Our Supply Chain Future Leaders Programme takes the best graduate talent of today and develops them into the Supply Chain, Logistics and Procurement leaders of tomorrow. You’ll have a keen interest in end-to-end supply chain, so procurement or logistics, helping us achieve our ambition of first choice for our people, customers, and consumers.

So, what does that mean?

Over a 2-year timeframe you’ll rotate around two amazing and complex parts of our supply chain function; procurement and logistics.

You’ll learn from some of the best in the business, such as our brilliant procurement practitioners who source the raw materials, we need to make our famous brands, or our market leading logistics team getting these brands to our customers and consumers.

We’ll support you every step of the way and you’ll gain both depth and breadth of experience across a range of technical and leadership skills, ensuring you’re well equipped to be a future leader.

About You

We’re keen to hear from ambitious and entrepreneurial graduates who are keen to learn, develop and progress within our organisation. We’d love to see applicants who have a passion for supply chain and a supply chain, logistics or business-related degree qualification.

We’re a People First team and the greatest achievements are built together! We work together, celebrate together and ensure we win together. You’ll love working in a team to create success.

You’ll also need to be digitally great, get how data works and want to innovate!
