You’re a well-established sales leader, and potentially interested in your next opportunity. This role is unlike any other we’ve looked to recruit for in a long time. We require an exceptionally talented individual who wants to join a business where they can take full control of the channel they’re working on. Coming into this role you’re going to get a couple things from us:

Heading up our Convenience channel, you’ll be building and delivering a strategy to build upon our market share across independent as well as chains. You’ll have a large team of people to help you deliver that strategy and get results. On top of that you’ll hold a key leadership position within our multi-functional selling team incorporating colleagues from Category Management, Customer/Shopper Marketing, Finance, and Revenue Management.

Your knowledge of the Convenience channel is going to be what makes you stand out. You know the challenges and opportunities within that and we’ll be looking for someone who’s used to winning in that arena.

A little bit about you

Essentially this is a Commercial Director position, you probably don’t need to read what sort of experience is required within that, you’ve been in the game long enough to know. Instead, this list will resonate with the sort of person who would be interested in joining our organisation:

  • A big picture person, you’re aware of what’s happening within your customers as well as within the company, by utilising the vast amount of data available, you can make well-informed, big decisions that benefit all.
