Your Purpose
As a Customer Activation Executive, you’ll support the sales team in executing the right brands in the right place, working with some of the most exciting and innovative customers and delivering a second to none Retailer & Shopper experience through customers covering the wholesale Channel.
Working directly as part of the off trade activation team, within our wider Sales function.
You’ll be flexible across a range of customers, brands, and campaigns, executing flawlessly in line with our brand guidelines.
You will work internally with Category, Marketing and Sales colleagues to ensure strong execution of 360-degree plans as well as externally with key customers to develop and implement instore campaigns, evaluate results, and continuously learn and improve.
As a field based role, you'll be out in trade with customers regularly, taking a hands on approach to assessing activation opportunities in depot, and making creative recommendations of how you can highlight our brands in this flexible environment. As well as visiting customers to cement relationships, sampling, attending & activating at customer trade shows; and delivering brilliant brand activity in our depots and independent retail stores
About You
- Proven experience in customer marketing or brands marketing
- Experience of successfully managing multiple stakeholders and priorities
- Experience of effective supplier management
- Confidence in managing budgets
- Passionate about brands and bringing them to life nationally across the wholesale channel
- Understanding of full Shopper Journey touchpoints
- Ability to conduct agency briefings and coordination of Shopper Marketing activity
- Effective interpersonal skills, partner agency management and collaboration skills
