Your Purpose

 

We’re now looking to recruit a Country Director for our amazing and evolving Spanish business unit where you’ll be responsible for all commercial activities across the region. You’ll lead and own the execution of the overall business strategy for the market including the local relationship with our partner La Sagra and all commercial activity across the On & Off Trade.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • You’ll have responsibility for developing business strategy for Spain by understanding key consumer, customer and competitor dynamics. The strategy needs to support the overall Western Europe growth ambition, alongside the ambitions of the La Sagra Joint Venture.
  • Leading both the On and Off Trade Sales Teams across Spain to deliver against local targets.
  • You’ll have shared accountability for P&L in allocated geography. Responsibility for development of Annual Operating Plans (AOP) and delivery of its key financial indicators: NSR, EBIT, Cash.
  • Ongoing partner management activities.
  • You’ll ensure world class customer service in line with our vision to become first choice for consumers and customers.
  • You’ll brilliantly lead and coach the Spanish team to facilitate their in-role, personal and career development within Molson Coors.  

About You

 

We welcome applications from individuals who have previous experience in a senior level strategic and commercial role within beverages or FMCG. Fluency in both Spanish and English is essential.

 

You’ll have excellent numerical skills and a knowledge of value chain creation in addition to being able to demonstrate total accountability for a P&L. You will also have a demonstrable career history in the on and off premise markets with proven people leadership skills.
