Join us as a Senior Brand Manager (Cobra) in our London/Hybrid team!

You'll lead the charge in developing and executing our brand's Long Range Plan (LRP) over the next 3-5 years, steering our marketing efforts in alignment with our brand strategy. From consumer marketing activities to innovative initiatives and channel strategies, you'll craft comprehensive plans tailored to various formats and channels, ensuring seamless execution with our customers.

This role is not just about managing a brand; it's about honing your marketing skills and expertise to eventually reach the level of Marketing Controller. You'll oversee the development of annual and multi-year Brand Commercial Plans, defining consumer and shopper propositions, target occasions, channels, and metrics, all while driving innovation and investment strategies. From concept to consumer implementation, you'll be at the helm of consumer marketing activities and brand-in-channel strategies.

Insight is key. You'll dive deep into brand performance metrics, identifying risks and opportunities to course-correct and stay on track with our LRP. With full ownership of the brand budget, you'll collaborate across departments to provide accurate forecasts and seize opportunities as they arise.

Crafting compelling communication plans is your forte. You'll lead the development of 12-24-month TTL Communication plans, leveraging Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) processes to create impactful, consumer-connected campaigns that enhance our brand strength.

About you:

  • Extensive experience in Brand Management, particularly in FMCG
  • Proven track record in building effective 3-year brand plans
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and drive motivating plans through agencies

If you're ready to make a significant impact within the dynamic world of marketing and brand management, we want to hear from you!
