We are looking for a Senior Brand Manager -Madri to join our Premium brands team in London and to lead on brand delivery plans for our newest & coolest World Beer brand on the block -Madri Excepcional. We are highly excited for the future of Madri and therefore we want to bring onboard and develop the best talent to fuel exceptional brand success and continue its growth.


Your Purpose

Founded in partnership with La Sagra brewery, Spain by taking the best of the diverse cultures and applying innovative brewing techniques to create great tasting beers that stand out from the crowd we've created something really special in Madrí Excepcional. We now are seeking like-minded individuals with a real passion for beer who want to help us drive Madri’s exciting brand agenda.

In this role, you will be accountable for developing and executing the brand Long Range Plan across the full marketing mix aligned to brand strategy. Deliver strategies, plans & activation across; consumer marketing activity, innovation, brand-in-channel strategies & through the line marketing plans tailored by formats & channels to enable ‘toolkit’ execution with our customer's consumer and channels with a strong focus on developing broad reach ATL creative from scratch and leading multi-million media plan, hence your experience in this area will be hugely desired.


Key responsibilities:

•  You’ll develop it's annual and 3-5 year Brand Commercial Plans, including Consumer & Shopper propositions.

• Build and deliver the 12-24m TTL Communication plan effectively and creatively, & expertly using the Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) process, leading the 3rd party all agency partners to create consumer connected activity that drives Brand Strength growth.

• Execute consumer marketing activity from brief to consumer implementation.

• Manage the development of brand-in-channel strategies & deliver strong through the line marketing plans tailored by formats & channels to enable ‘toolkit’ execution with our customers.

• Develop comprehensive insight into the performance of the brand including critical inputs and outputs.

•  Full accountability for the annual brand budget across all levels of the P&L.



About You

You understand the excitement of working in a brand-led business within FMCG and have in-depth knowledge of the process of growing brands through customer marketing, sales, and activation by building long year compelling, and effective brand plans with strong commercial acumen.


You’ll have the passion & energy to drive a new and exciting brand. You’ll bring the creative vision that will challenge and make us think differently. We would love you to bring new ideas to the table and drive creative media plans, hence experience working with large scale ATL plan leadership will be desirable, ideally developing ATL from scratch.

You also have the gravitas to build relationships at all levels and proactively manage your sales, customer activation, and agency stakeholders, ensuring the alignment of brand plans across all channels as well as proven leadership experience as you will be managing and growing a team of passionate marketers.
