Due to internal career progression, we’re now on the lookout for a Marketing Controller to lead the next chapter of Madri’s incredible journey.

As Marketing Controller, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the brand, driving continued growth, and elevating Madri’s market share and influence both in the UK and internationally.
You’ll be at the helm of strategy, innovation, and execution driving short-term & long-term growth and delivering distinctive big budget campaigns that resonate deeply with consumers and customers alike.
You’ll directly lead a team of marketeers and trade-activation specialists and indirectly lead teams across the business and the globe to ensure the incredible story of Madri Excepcional continues
We’re looking for marketeers who have created disruptive scale strategies and next-level plans, who can lead & inspire and team & business around the next exciting phase for this brand.
What you’ll be doing:
• Lead the development and execution of the Long Range Plan (LRP) and 12–24 month commercial brand plans.
• Own the consumer and shopper strategy, innovation pipeline, and investment planning.
• Deliver through-the-line marketing tailored by format and channel, enabling toolkit execution with customers.
• Act as brand lead for the UK & Ireland and global markets.
• Use insights to guide performance, identify risks and opportunities, and course-correct where needed.
• Manage the brand P&L, providing accurate forecasts and strategic input.

What we’re looking for:
• Proven experience in FMCG marketing, with full-mix exposure and ATL/BTL campaign leadership.
• Strong commercial acumen and confidence managing a brand P&L.
• Experience in both local and global brand leadership.
• A natural leader with a track record of building and inspiring high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.
