Your purpose  

Each day is a new experience – you definitely won’t be bored!  We work in a wide variety of locations, from pubs & clubs, to high end restaurants, and large scale events. 

  

You’ll gain a strong understanding of our brands, our customers, our distribution channels, our competitors and the industry as a whole.  

 

Working as part of a team, you’ll observe and assist in the maintenance and installation of beer dispense equipment in a wide range of outlets within the hospitality sector. Initially the role will involve working under the guidance of a mentor, developing a mixture of mechanical and electrical skills.   

 

Over time the remit will expand to complete line cleaning, fault finding and repair tasks, followed by small installations to create new dispense points. Being field based the role can involve lone working where self-discipline and confidence are key.   

 

You’ll gain both depth and breadth of experience across a range of tasks along side building relationships with colleagues and customers.  You will also gain a Level 3 qualification in Drinks Dispensing with our provider Wolverhampton College.

We’re keen to hear from ambitious & open minded people who are keen to learn, develop and progress within our organisation. You’ll need to hold a full UK driving licence & be over the age of 18+ when commencing the apprenticeship in September 2024
