Competitive Salary 
Location: London 

Part Time: Monday to Thursday 1500 to 2000

About Our Cobra Team
In the UK, we have over 10,000 Indian restaurants, with 6,200 of them being licensed. The industry is constantly evolving with weekly changes such as closures, openings, and new management. Since our core business revolves around food, it's essential for us to stay updated on these developments. To achieve this, we've started collecting information in-house

Our dedicated Field Sales representatives are actively engaging with our expanding portfolio of restaurant clients, promoting the advantages of Cobra and establishing connections with each establishment. Naturally, meeting all clients promptly can be challenging. Therefore, this position is crucial in ensuring we prioritise our customers and facilitate our growth.

As a Telesales Agent you will:


•    Support over 900+ restaurants over the phone
•    Keep our internal systems up to date - e.g. (closure, openings, under new management, non-licensed)
•    Gather useful information about competitors (what ethnic other beers are doing well)
•    Ensure brilliant execution in each restaurant call and give feedback to the team about any new items or any other promotions running in the market.
•    Support any queries / request placed by the restaurants which can help us to grow in the industry.
