Your Purpose:

Your purpose but also ours, as a prominent business in leading beverages, we’re on the hunt for a Brand Development Manager to join our Regional Sales team based in Liverpool
You’ll grow our Molson Coors portfolio of  whilst maintaining our existing customer base. You’ll work closely on our portfolio taking total ownership for all indirect route to markets for our brands within your territory ensuring optimal route to market for Molson Coors.
A real passion for influencing in different environments is key, as you’ll really sell the benefits of offering choice to consumers in new & existing On Trade accounts. 
As an influential salesperson you’ll be our go to for building partnership relationships within key trend setting and influential accounts. You’ll possess plenty of self-drive, work well in a team and can demonstrate solid brand and commercial selling skills in all environments.


About You 
Your background in Sales will give you the credibility needed to build strong relationships with all customers new & existing.  You’ll be numerate with a strong commercial acumen & be as enthusiastic as we are about our brands! 
We’re also looking for the successful applicant to posses the below requirements: 

 

  • Persuasive with strong influencing skills
  • Proven negotiation skills
  • Collaborative and action orientated
  • Tenacious, enthusiastic and flexible
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Advanced IT skills


It would be good if you had:

  • Experience in managing profitability.
  • Working understanding of on trade and Wholesale market and structure.
