Molson Coors are on the look out for a genuine relationship builder with commercial know-how and a real passion for the drinks industry.You'll get to showcase our great products and exercise your competitive edge, educating your market on the best brands for their bar.


Your Purpose

  • As Account Manager you'll promote our biggest brands into outlets across the area.
  • You'll build long term, relationships and work as a team to maintain our high quality customer experience
  • The territory is yours to research, plan and organise which means you will be able to identify your own opportunities and be in control of your time and resources.
  • You'll manage deliver the P&L and cash flow whilst driving own brand distribution, rate of sale and market penetration.
  • Understanding the consumers in these outlets is key to pitching in our portfolio, whether you’re leading with the UK's pub favourite Carling, the innovative latest lager Pravha, or our latest cider acquisition, Aspall.
  • Selling beers into pubs doesn’t sound like it’d be too difficult, admittedly. But with the choice out there, it’s about making our brands number one through excellent quality and phenomenal customer service.
  • This role is about bringing in new business, and build on this year-on-year. You'll grow sales revenue and profit.
  • We’re looking for someone with a deep understanding of the on-trade market to join our team, get their hands dirty and help drive sales of our brands.

About You

  • You are a natural new business hunter, an exceptional communicator and relationship builder.
  • You have proven market knowledge, with experience working in an Account Manager role
  • You’re a great teammate. Whilst this is an individual sales role, your focus is driving success as part of a team.
  • But, you’re also competitive, helping to build our business towards the number one spot.
  • You are no stranger to hard-work and love getting stuck in, looking for results from the first day and continuing to achieve thereafter.
  • Above all, you’re honest and trustworthy. You keep business above board and win the right way.
  • Your key contacts and strong business relationships in these areas will be a massive bonus for this position.
