Key Responsibilities


Aligned to the Regional Business Unit Supply Chain’s vision and strategy with a focus on the Island of Ireland Business and will enable the operation to be efficient in supporting the Commercial aspirations and objectives.


Predominantly, the role is responsible for managing the Supply Chain aspects of innovations, new stock keeping units (SKUs), new customer supply routes, budget control and execution as well as the identification and delivery of Value Optimization Process projects.


The role will support all Projects from a Supply chain perspective and to lead any project initiated by Supply chain.


The role will also liaise with other WE functions to ensure the Integrated Business Planning and Integrated Business Execution (IBP & IBE) processes are achieved.


  • Ensures Supply Chain functions react flexibly and at pace to agreed Commercial requests and Business opportunities.
  • Builds strong relationships with other Functions and is a main contact point between Regional Business Unit (RBU)  and Western Europe regions and functions. Ensuring all UK stock to be delivered on time in full
  • Works with the operational teams to build their capability to 'own' their processes and project requirements.
  • Ensures the appropriate measures are employed in all Operational activities and Capital work requirements
  • Day to day running of Projects from approval and ensuring compliance to the governance process for RBU. This will include responsibility for write-off costs management, additional spend approvals, alignment on timings, ensuring best cost effectiveness, on-time and relevant communication and visibility of all risks.
  • Builds strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders (Operations, Quality, Commercial, Procurement, Legal, Tax, Logistics and Suppliers) across the European footprint.



About You


  • Experience in Logistics, customer management or similar postion
  •  Client (internal and external) management skills.
  • Experience of Brewery or Logistics Operations an advantage
  •  International experience and a 2nd language also an advantage
