Your Purpose
We’re now looking to recruit a Brand In Channel Manager to join our brilliant Marketing Team in Ireland Supporting our Franciscan wells brand
You will be accountable for building desirable brands by strengthening brand health through creating brand-in-channel strategies & delivering strong through the line marketing plans tailored by formats & channels to enable ‘toolkit’ execution with our customers.
Full accountability for brand P&L (top & bottom line) & Brand Health.
The role requires expertise & leadership across all channels & formats (e.g. on & off trade, e-commerce, convenience) to ensure we are brilliantly activating the Franciscan Well brand in the right place delivering a second to none consumer via customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- You will develop clear in-going briefs for the IMC process which set out channel objectives & budget which are signed up to by sales/customer activation & will lead the agreement of any agency outcome with the local Customer Activation team.
- With an insight led approach, you will use a combination of consumer, market, category & communications agency best-practice to define the appropriate set of strategies & solutions for brand-in-channel activation
- You will be the face of the brand; consulting with brewery, brands & sales on NPD and owning the seasonal programme, working with & coordinating founder support; owning the footprint in market so everything from events to digital presence to bar staff training & incentives. Ensuring sales teams are set up to successfully deliver customer sell-ins & ultimately deliver the AOP
- Essential to this role is proactively managing your sales, customer activation & agency stakeholders with gravitas at all levels to ensure alignment of brand-in-channel activities. You will be expected to lead a number of internal and external stakeholder groups including agencies, suppliers and internal senior customers.

- Proven experience in customer marketing
- Proven track record in building strong activation plans, through gaining alignment across the commercial function
- Skilled influencer, representing the voice of the customer via successfully managing multiple stakeholders
