Your Purpose

 

We’re now looking to recruit a Key Account Manager to join our brilliant Sales Team in Ireland  

 

You will manage and grow Key Molson Coors accounts both in the independent and Regional Pub Sector through managing existing and new customers in line with the region's growth ambitions.

You will take a strategic approach to negotiation working within our agreed company parameters and trading policies and working in conjunction with various stakeholders.

You will aim to deliver incremental brand distribution irrelevant of route to market and ensuring the optimal route to market for Molson Coors Brewing Company (MCBC).

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Develop and execute an account plan that encompasses category, sector, channel, terms, customer service and brand, profit and cash objectives. To achieve the approved Account Contribution and return for each customer ensuring the optimal route to market for MCBC.
  • This will include the proposal and ongoing management of Molson Coors Strategic Investments.
  • Build strong relationships with existing customers to ensure the plan is delivered, and external networks to build a sustainable pipeline of prospects, to meet the needs of the regional plan.
  • Engage with various resources within the company to deliver strong customer experience and agreed business plan.
  • Be an integral player within the regional one team approach, delivering the regional volume and profit ambition and be involved in developing and delivering the regional strategy for the short and medium term.
  • You will be a role model for personal development, in continuation of developing self and reviewing of personal development plan to retain the required skillset and above for the sector.

 

About You

  • Display great Account Management Skill gained in a sales based background (ideally in fmcg or the drinks industry)
  • Show heightened negotiation skills and the ability to win business and build relationships internally and externally
  • Forward thinking territory planning experience to look at the wider picture in Ireland and build strategic plans to capitalise on new and existing business.
  • Excellent selling skills and the ability to really understand and respond to customer needs, our diverse brand portfolio and opportunities in the market
  • Ability to meet goals and standards, self motivation and need for minimal encouragement 
  • Great networking skillset with displayed evidence to building a customer base.
