Your Purpose

No prior experience is necessary – we provide comprehensive training to empower you to thrive in this role. As a Drinks Dispense Specialist, you'll embark on an exciting journey of installing, maintaining, and repairing our beer dispense equipment. Whether you're working independently or as part of a team, each day will present new challenges and opportunities in a variety of settings, from pubs and clubs to high-end restaurants, stadia, and large-scale events.

 

Your responsibilities will include conducting surveys for installations, maintaining dispense and cooling equipment, and providing guidance and training to customers. Building strong relationships with both colleagues and customers is at the heart of what we do.

 

About You

 

As we’re hiring for potential no CVs or relevant experience are required. We're only looking for enthusiastic individuals who reside in the South/West Wales regions and hold a full UK driving license. The Recruitment Process:

 

Step 1: Application - this will allow us to ensure your requirements coordinate with what the role can offer for you.

 

Step 2: Measuring your Potential - Arctic Shores’ task-based assessment. You will be asked to complete some exciting, engaging tasks! In return, you’ll receive a personalised feedback report.

 

Step 3: Video Questions – We want to get to know you better and understand your reasons for applying for a role with us at Molson Coors.

 

Step 3: Interview - Situation-based questions that are related to the important behaviours needed to be successful on the role.  Our aim will be to understand how you would tackle certain situations you will face on the job.

 

Step 4: Decision/Feedback - You will receive feedback even if we do not make the decision to offer you the job or progress you to the next stage.
