We’re now looking to recruit a Junior HR Business Partner on a 12 months contract basis to be based out of our Cardiff Contact Centre. 

 

Your Purpose

 

You will provide day to day support to all line managers across a range of HR operational issues within our busy contact centre. As well, as helping us to drive change within implementation of new structure and ways of working. You'll also be supporting the execution of core people processes such as Talent Planning, Engagement Survey follow up, Performance Management, Recruitment Forecasting, Headcount tracking as well as assisting the development of our people managers to perform these processes brilliantly.  So influencing  and relationship building skills, would be what we will need you to bring in to this newly created role. In addition, you will have an opportunity to work with Molson Coors Junior HRBP community to improve our processes across our UK brands.

 

Your key responsibilities will be:

 

•           You'll actively track and review management information to enable the HRBP team to identify improvement opportunities and drive action.

•           Co-ordinate the creation of a People Plan for your own portfolio area.

•           Support people/organisation related projects and change activity.

•           Contribute to the UK Commercial or Supply Chain HR team and the development of their plans and projects as required.

 

About You

 

As this role is very autonomous position, we are looking for a confident, driven HR professional who will thrive in dynamic environment. We would love for you to bring initiative and energy, supported with broad HR professional knowledge and experience of application of employment legislation to individuals and large groups and change management. It's desirable that you have a relevant degree and/or CIPD qualified.
