The Headlines


In the role of Talent Resource Consultant working in Burton on Trent; you will be part of the UK Diversity and Talent Management team. You will focus on attracting the best talent to Molson Coors across our manufacturing, R&D and logistics functions.


You will work directly with the hiring managers, as well as the HR Business Partners to figure out a recruiting strategy and individual search plan for each resourcing project that comes your way. In addition to this you’ll be involved in strategic TA projects and initiatives.


The Responsibilities


  • You will recruit and attract the best people at the right time for the right role - working effectively to deadlines.
  • You'll be a true Molson Coors ambassador, representing and promoting our business with external candidates.
  • As we don't just think about business needs of today, you will also pipeline key roles for the future.
  • Using your experience and our market mapping technology you will provide key market insight.
  • Ensure diversity through sourcing and relationship management.

In terms of qualifications, if you have an undergraduate degree in HR, business or a related discipline, we'd love to hear from you. However, if you don't, please don't let this put you off applying as it isn't essential and we’re more focused on your recruiting skills.
