Your Purpose

To provide both routine and ad hoc Quality performance information on Molson Coors and contract production for all Molson Coors products.  You will be responsible for maintaining and processing the brewery supplier complaints database and also the trial and change management system and providing ownership and support for all EHS & food safety related internal and external audit requirements, including undertaking internal audits around the site as auditor and produce reports and actions to improve the site’s safety, Quality and Food Safety performance.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide both routine and ad-hoc quality reports for Molson Coors and external agencies as required.
  • To lead the review, collation and analysis of the quality data and ensuring all scorecards & quality reports are maintained.  
  • To lead the review, collation and analysis of the quality financial data and ensuring improved forecast accuracy and adherence to budget. 
  • Provide trending for the management team and highlight any inconsistencies within the monthly spend.
  • To raise orders for the UK, QA department, and internal and external suppliers, and receipt them in a timely manner. 
  • Leading the Burton Brewery Document control, recipe information, product specifications and systems support and training. 
  • Key contact for support and training of existing and new users. Providing coaching for new and existing users of Govern IT, on key components such as raising change requests, reviewing documents, creating and distributing key reports to stakeholders, allocating robust timescales for reviewing and approving documents, and creation of new documents.  
  • Responsible for the management and upkeep of the document management system – Govern IT to maintain quality management documentation through the change cycle for Burton Brewery. 


About You

  • Previous experience in reporting or information provision role.
  • Computer literate including advanced use of Business Objects, expert in Govern IT and competent in the MS office packages, including share point. Competent in the use of SAP/Proficy and historical Prism and Document Store systems.
  • Understand the requirements of BRC and FEMAS document control.
  • Self-motivated person, able to work well unsupervised and under pressure.
  • Person, who is open to new challenges and willing to join process of creating cross-functional team within Technical Compliance.
