Your Purpose

The role of the Supply Chain Performance and Analytics manager will be a seasoned and equipped data and reporting analyst. You will have exceptional analytical skills and an aptitude for practical problem solving across the end-to-end Supply Chain. You will be able to develop and lead insightful analysis and understand the impact your proposed solutions will have on the business.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and drive new insight into Supply Chain performance through data analysis and its interpretation.
  • Accountable for the monitoring, analysis and reporting on the effectiveness of the Molson Coors Beverage Company operation, providing insights to drive performance gains.
  • Responsible for developing reporting tools that can be used collaboratively with both internal and external teams, stakeholders and customers to drive visibility, efficiency and performance.
  • Extracting, manipulating and analysing data to provide critical management information reports or dashboards, to enable decision making on the key questions facing the supply chain team.


About You

  • You'll be an accomplished analyst with experience working in multi-functional, fast-paced environments
  • Methodical and structured train of thought
  • Highly analytical and quantitative skills; experience using data and metrics to test theories, confirm assumptions, and measure succe
  • An appreciation of the linkages between customers, purchasing, sales/marketing, development and operations.
