Customer Service Agent (FTC)

We’re looking to recruit Customer Service Agents on a permanent and/or fix term contract basis to represent our growing beverage portfolio in the UK & Ireland includes Carling, Madri, Staropramen, Doombar, Coors, Rekorderlig, Cobra, Aspall Cyder and many more.

  • Starting salary - £21,000

  • Flexible Hybrid working – 3 days office based & 2 days home working – you’ll need to have a suitable workspace & good WIFI – we’ll supply the rest!
  • Shift working - our office is open 7 days per week, you’ll work a shift pattern of an average of 38 hrs per week within these opening hours, that includes working one day a weekend 3 weeks out of 7- we pay you extra for weekend working too!


Your Purpose
As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be at the heart of our business – talking to our customers via inbound calls, email communication & via our website from pubs, restaurants, hotels, etc, supporting them with maintenance requests for one of our beer pumps, or perhaps a cooler is broken. 
You’ll not only support them with their issue by gathering as much information as possible but also support them with other issues we may be able to help with too. Relationship management is key as you’ll work closely with our Technical Services team ensuring efficient logging of the maintenance work for our Field Service Engineers.
Being organised will be your flare, as your day will also consist of planning the jobs with a variety of stakeholders, whilst ensuring that the technician’s leading the installation have the best possible chance to complete the job right first time. 
This isn’t your typical call centre role, as our team & office vibe is like no other. We’re the power behind the pump – an integral role within our organisation which could lead to an incredible career in beer – we’re usually recruiting because of internal movements! 


About You

  • This might come as a shock, but you’ve got to bring a great telephone manner with you
  • You’re intuitive and ask lots of questions. There’s no script with this role, you’ll follow your instincts to get to the bottom of the issue and work out the best course of action
  • You have experience in delivering customer service, either on the phone or face to face
  • Willingness to work across a set shift pattern, details above
  • You want to take ownership of your work and show independence in achieving results
  • A real bonus is experience with issue resolution or complaint handling previously
