About the Role
As our Talent Acquisition Consultant, you’ll find, attract, assess and hire great talent for Molson Coors in our UKI business. You’ll work closely with teams across Supply Chain, Logistics and Commercial areas, including Sales and Marketing, helping us bring in the right people for a wide range of roles – from Early Careers to Senior hires.
Partnering with hiring managers and HRBPs, you’ll make sure the hiring process runs smoothly and that both candidates and stakeholders have a positive, inclusive experience. With a strong customer-focused mindset, you’ll represent our brand in the talent market and support ongoing improvements to our recruitment process. You’ll also help to guide and support other team members.
This is a hands-on recruitment role, so you’ll love managing the attraction and selection process, but you will also input into projects which strengthen our talent pipeline and improve the overall candidate experience.
This is a hybrid role — you’ll work from home three days a week and join us in our Burton-on-Trent office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
Key Responsibilities
- Working with hiring managers and HRBPs manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned business areas, ensuring timely, high-quality hiring decisions, identifying improvement opportunities and leading for best practice.
- Provides on the job training, guidance and support for new and more junior team members. Acts as an escalation point for day-to-day task related queries
- Champion inclusive hiring in all campaigns, hiring decisions and talent pipeline strategies. Use data and dashboards to identify trends and take action to improve key measures of success for the TA Team.
- Act as an ambassador for the company and its brands throughout the full hiring lifecycle. Actively promoting the organisation’s employer value proposition to strengthen brand presence in the talent market.
- As part of a team, deliver early careers campaigns ensuring the best talent is attracted and hired to fulfil this strategic priority for the business.
- Connects business and talent trends to sourcing and recruiting needs and proactively manages them.
What You’ll Bring
You’ll be able to show the following skills and experience during the assessment process:
- Experience in Recruitment (ideally in a similar ‘in-house’ role with experience of managing Supply Chain vacancies) and sourcing candidates through digital practices.
- Strong customer-service orientation with the ability to partner closely and proactively with hiring managers and HRBPs.
- Strong team player with the ability to provide guidance and to coach others in the team.
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and employ basic reasoning skills.
- High resilience, adaptability and objectivity when navigating organisational challenges to get things done.
- Ability to analyse talent data, identify trends, and translate insights into action.
- Demonstrated organisational skills with a bias for action and continuous improvement.
- Effective communication, influencing and relationship-building skills across all levels of the organisation.
