We’re now looking to recruit a Studio Client Manager to join our brilliant in-house Graphics Studio.

Your Purpose

We are looking for someone highly skilled in project management and client services, who will be responsible for leading the Studio's Client Service team.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • The timely, efficient and productive scheduling and management of design and artwork projects that meet or exceed internal customer needs, ensuring all activity is properly assessed and evaluated.
  • Demonstrating an ability to build compelling relationships with internal customers and stakeholders. Working closely with key agencies and print suppliers to achieve a seamless handover of design and artwork assets.
  • Responsible for the management and leadership of a team of highly skilled and experienced Studio Client Execs in a fast paced, deadline driven environment. Effective leadership of the team to ensure the right projects are prioritised and best practice ways of working are followed and continuously evaluated and improved.
  • Setting and improving Client Service operational standards, strategy, tactics and practices. Working closely with the Studio Client Execs to monitor adherence and implement improvements to the agreed briefing protocols and with Studio Management team in reviewing and reporting on performance and metrics to enable the Design and Artwork teams to complete the brief right first time.
  • The Studio Client Manager is responsible for the management and maintenance of the Studio solutions, working closely with the solution providers on developments, upgrades and improvement roadmaps.

 

About You

  • Degree or equivalent in design / business / marketing / technical disciplines.
  • Commercial, project management and design / technical qualifications.
  • Project management experience
  • Strategic and tactical thinking
  • Technical knowledge of design, production and print
  • Fully trained in Microsoft Office
