Your Purpose

 

We're now recruiting for a 14 month FTC as the Customer Collaboration Lead. In this role you will build and lead engagement with our customers through delivering 'best in class' customer collaboration including but not limited to volume demand requirements (30-60-90)'s, business strategy and internal/external relationship management.

 

You will serve as the voice of the customer within Molson Coors, translating their needs to the wider demand, sales and logistics team, while representing Molson Coors to the customer. Your focus will be on building collaborative relationships with our customers and delivering world-class customer service aligned with our strategy.

 

You will be holding frequent communication with the customer to understand volumes and delivery requirements, translating these outputs into the wider demand/supply planning, commercial, & logistics teams.

   

 

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Work with logistics and commercial teams to deliver customer service and experience metrics for identified accounts.
  • Own the customer forecast, collaborating directly with customers and executing within the Integrated Business Execution Zone. Incorporate insights and trend data into forecast and learn from deviations to improve accuracy.
  • Accountable for effective relationship management at appropriate levels internally and externally to Molson Coors.
  • Regularly communicate customer service and relationship status to wider logistics and commercial teams through DDS meetings and customer meetings.
  • Operational Cost Improvement - act as a link between commercial teams, customers, and operations.

  • Logistics experience in a customer facing environment is essential
  • Proven record of strong collaboration with customers.
  • Strong communicator internally and externally across multiple levels in an organisation.
