Your Purpose
Lead the technical management of Lean / continuous improvement in a 5 million HL brewhouse while supporting the development and implementation of sustainable standards. Collate and utilize available data to improve delivery of KPI across safety, quality, cost, sustainability and people engagement.
Key Responsibilities
• Report, prioritise and take actions on daily metrics.
• Use data to provide actions in team 90 day plans that deliver toward the site core business need
• Drive continuous improvements in quality, capacity, cost, and efficiency KPIs through yearly goals as part of the annual performance plan.
• Master the tools and techniques of the MCBC World Class Supply Chain system (WCSC). Establish and embed robust standards for changes and improvements.
• Ensure compliance with site Quality & Food Safety Standards, regulatory requirements, and maintain QMS and HACCP pre-requisites
• Act as a coach and help develop brewing technical knowledge within the department.
