Your Purpose
As a Paralegal you will work under the direct supervision of a team of qualified solicitors and managerial personnel. You will provide support to the Molson Coors UK Legal Team on a range of legal matters, including researching and preparing legal documents, the handling of confidential information, preparing training packages, stakeholder management and contract drafting.
Key Responsibilities
- Research, prepare and draft routine contracts, non-disclosure agreements, and variation agreements.
- Translate contractual terms in an accurate, understandable manner to stakeholders, while identifying areas of risk and proposing alternatives where needed.
- Support solicitors and other legal staff in complex negotiations and contract drafting.
- Ensure all records are maintained in accordance with Molson Coors' records retention policy, using the company's contract management software.
- Support the team with the Molson Coors governance process, through administration and coordination of work requests from stakeholders, documentation and filing of MCBC contracts and agreements.
About You
- Have completed a Law degree, Graduate Diploma in Law, or equivalent paralegal qualification.
- Be passionate about establishing a career in law.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to quickly understand and learn legal principles and appropriately apply them.
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy, with a commitment to confidentiality.
- Familiarity with contract drafting and strong business acumen.
