Your Purpose
We’re recruiting for a Network Inventory Lead to join our team. You will be responsible for ensuring all systems accurately reflect the actual stock on the floor, driving product availability and reducing stock loss within Western Europe, limiting financial implications on our P&L.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee stock loss reporting across Primary and Secondary network functions. Identify and address trends affecting stock loss performance in planning, logistics, NCC, and 3rd party logistics providers, in collaboration with Finance.
- Enhance process adherence and performance across network inventory and system-related tasks, ensuring optimal operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
- Report and rectify Stock In Transit Losses for stock discrepancies across primary and secondary networks to support HRMC duty compliance. Process credits/debits as needed to align financial positions with customers and stakeholders.
- Prepare and support data for inventory audits, ensuring stock alignment between MCBC and 3rd party systems. Resolve transactional data issues, including STOs and PODs, and manage errored idocs into SAP from third-party systems.
- Accountable for Closed Demand in both Primary and Secondary Networks. Highlight high-risk failures and liaise with key stakeholders across the business and beyond to minimise service impact.
About You
- Extensive experience with SAP for inventory and stock control, ensuring seamless integration and data accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail, skilled at analysing data to spot trends and discrepancies.
- Proactive in identifying potential risk and implementing effective solutions to mitigate stock loss and financial impact.
- Collaborative approach, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Logistics, and third-party providers, to drive continuous improvement.
