Your purpose

As a pivotal figure within the Western Europe Marketing function, you'll be tasked with spearheading the development and flawless execution of the Long Range Plan (LRP) for our Coors brand. Your responsibilities encompass the entire marketing mix, including consumer marketing initiatives, innovation strategies, brand-in-channel approaches, and the delivery of robust through-the-line marketing plans tailored to different formats and channels to facilitate effective execution with our partners.

 

This role requires the successful person to work Hybrid 2 days a week at our Burton Head Office 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive consumer and shopper propositions, target Occasions/Missions, and Channel/Outlet strategies, backed by consumer/shopper metrics, volume and profit assumptions, innovation plans, and investment strategies.
  • Execute consumer marketing activities from concept to implementation and oversee the development of brand-in-channel strategies.
  • Cultivate deep insights to chart the strategic growth trajectory for the brand/portfolio, leveraging market and category intelligence.
  • Exercise full accountability for the annual budget across all levels of the P&L, providing timely and accurate monthly forecasts.
  • Demonstrate proactive leadership, focusing on team development and succession planning.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in direct consumer full marketing mix experience within the FMCG industry.
  • Strong commercial acumen and proficiency in managing brand P&L.
  • Experience in line management and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering both ATL & BTL brand plans in alignment with clear strategy.
  • Excellent communication skills with senior stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with managing a portfolio of brands and leading the creation of a 3-year strategic brand vision and plan.
